A well made website not only looks good, but loads quickly, allowing visitors to access the site's content in the fastest possible time. We've found that the longer a user has to wait for animations, pictures and/or sounds to load, the more likely they are to leave and visit another site instead.
This is our main focus at LaTour Creations. Fast, good looking websites which showcase content first, and get your point across quickly.

Getting Technical
Websites by LaTour Creations are written in valid HTML and layed out using CSS, which we feel to be the best tool for the job. CSS makes websites both lightweight and fast, as well as highly adaptable. We generally abstain from the use of Flash or soundtracks on our websites, as we feel that they are not necessary for, and usually hinder, a quick-loading, informative user experience.
We test our sites in the following browers to ensure compatibility:
- Internet Explorer 6 & 7 (Windows)
- Firefox (Windows and Mac)
- Safari (Mac)
- Opera 8 (Windows and Mac)
Special Note: Microsoft announced that they have ceased development of Internet Explorer for Mac, and that it will no longer be updated, supported or made available to the public. Therefore, both Microsoft and LaTour Creations suggest that Mac users strongly consider switching to another web browser.
